Service Description
In this retreat Penny will join expertise with Fiona, an expert in breathing pattern disorders, for a truly unique retreat focused on the power of breathwork and gentle movement. They will combine their expertise in Functional Breathing, to help participants discover the transformative effects of the breath for improving sleep. In this retreat you will: - Gain an understanding of normal breathing patterns - Learn how to improve your breathing patterns to increase health and wellbeing - Learn simple, effective breathing exercises and gentle movements to reset your nervous system, calming your mind and body - Discover how to use breathwork to lower anxiety and stress to promote deeper, more restful sleep

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to two weeks prior to the retreat will be refunded minus a £15 booking fee. Cancellations 2 weeks or less before retreat date will not receive a refund
