Our wellbeing retreat days are the perfect way to unwind and discover the relaxation techniques which work best for you. With small groups and a relaxed atmosphere, you'll be guided through yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation sessions. Plus, a nutritious lunch and snacks will be provided to keep you energised throughout the day.
Each memorable retreat day is aimed to boost your wellbeing and is held in a relaxed and friendly environment, in the stunning surroundings of the Brecon Beacons in Wales.
