Service Description
Breathwork is a scientifically proven, natural and effective way to reclaim your peace of mind and enhance your overall wellbeing. During this three week course, you will be taught tools to manage immediate symptoms and learn practical techniques to cultivate a sense of calm, enhance self-awareness, and build resilience in the face of stress. The dates of the course are: Week 1: 16th October 2025 Week 2: 23rd October 2025 Week 3: 30th October 2025 All sessions start at 8 pm and last an hour

Cancellation Policy
Full course fee to be paid prior to start of first session of course. Cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours before start of first session. After this time, individuals will not be entitled to a refund. Individuals who do not attend all weeks of the course will pay the full course amount, regardless of the number of weeks attended
